Want to see an outdoor wedding ceremony at New House Farm in the stunning Lakes? Well take a look at Victoria and Liam’s wedding day – it was just flipping perfect. The spring weather was kind enough to grant us an outdoor ceremony. I’ve shot here many time but this was the first time I’d done a wedding outside at New House Farm and what a backdrop it gives!
As always it’s a joy to fly off with the couple down to Crummock Water for some portraits. I love my random little trips out with couples, it gives them a bit of time (almost!) alone and I get to have a chat to them too which is always a pleasure.
After our little adventure, it was time to head back to New House Farm for speeches and food then a quick dress change before the evening festivities began. The coach house provides such a perfect space for smaller receptions. It’s flooded with natural light and offers a rustic, neutral space for you to decorate as you wish. Willow and Fig did a beautiful job of dressing the space.
As always it was ace to work with Simon Vogt DJ and host. He’s always great for banter and his super way of combining organisation and fun makes my job a lot easier!
All in all a perfect day for a gorgeous couple inside and out. Great suppliers, great venue, great fun!
