Town Head Estate Wedding Photographer: Relaxed boho vibes summer wedding on the shores of Windermere

It’s all too easy to bang on about how perfect a wedding day was and how there was a “dream team” of suppliers. BUT: Holly and Tom’s day really was just bloody wonderful! They were so lovely and laid-back-yet-organised. They put total trust in their carefully selected team and as a result got the best out of all of us – they were a joy to work for.

Like so many others in the last couple of years, they waited a long time for their big day. They were in fact one of the first people to book the glorious Town Head for their venue. Back in 2020 Holly had got so fed up of trying to find the perfect barn that she was about to build her own, but then along came the plans for a new venue at Town Head and the perfect match was made. Seriously, this venue is SOMETHING ELSE. There are sooo many beautiful parts of the estate for your guests to enjoy. The cosy atmospheric barn, the sunny terrace which makes you feel like you’re in Tuscany, the magical walled garden. That’s before you even head down to the beautiful boathouse and private lake frontage. It’s a wedding photographer’s dream!

Holly and Tom you were so much fun to photograph, please can we do it all again some day?!!

OHHH and a special mention to Julia Tasker for creating THE most stunning bespoke wedding dress – it really was perfect and stayed that way the entire day. I can’t tell you the amount of hours/days/weeks I have spent photoshopping badly fitting dresses to make them look perfect. This one needed nothing at all. It was a Cinderella perfect fit – absolutely magical!
