Rosy and Andy kicked off a busy 2023 Queen’s Jubilee Weekend of weddings in style at Askham Hall. This wedding day was literally epic from beginning to end. So many amazing moments at one of my favourite places to shoot in the whole world.

I’ll never forget the moment when Rosy’s dad came in to see her in her dress and I rather embarrassingly waxed lyrical about how well he had mastered the father of the bride vibe and looked like a rock star…only to be quietly informed later on that he actually IS a rock god!! Colin Blunstone lead singer of The Zombies makes a great father of the bride, what can I say.

The day began with chilled out preparations, drinks outside the pub in the sun and a short ride down to the church in a vintage bus. After the ceremony in the beautifully decorated church, a surprise brass band led the dancing procession up through the terraced gardens.

Add to this amazing food, fab speeches, another champagne bus ride and you’ll start to imagine what a fun packed day it was!

Ending in style, The Zombies playing some of their hits to kick off the dancing was one of my fave live music and wedding highlights ever!

You can’t get a nicer more down to earth couple than Rosy and Andy. Thanks for having me guys, I loved spending the day with you and your friends and family.
