Lindeth Fell Hotel Windermere

I recently had the pleasure of doing a styled shoot at the newly renovated Lindeth Fell Hotel, which has been recently purchased by the fabulous team behind Storrs Hall. The hotel is nestled just outside the popular town of Bowness-on-Windermere in the heart of the beautiful Lake District. Despite being close to the Lake and all the thriving action of Bowness it manages to remain beautifully secluded and peaceful – set up on the hill with stunning views. The magical terraced gardens were designed by Thomas Mawson and cascade down the hillside from the Arts and Crafts architecture of the hotel itself.

Eager to get my cameras on this gorgeous new venue, I worked with the team at Lindeth to pull together a styled shoot involving some of our favourite local wedding suppliers. The brief was simple, boho-yet-glam countryside elegance, intended to reflect the style of the house itself. I couldn’t have been happier with how it turned out as the pinkish, rusty tones and fairytale feel just perfectly matched the elegant but relaxed style of edit I aim for.
