Hause Hall, Ullswater Weddings and Elopements
I hadn’t even heard of this amazing venue until my friend (and fellow wedding photographer) Hannah Hall invited me to photograph her wedding there. Well WHAT a find it is! Having shot at both the other Rowley Estate venues (Blencowe Hall and Melmerby Hall) I knew I was in for a treat! Hause Hall is quite a different string to their bow. It is not as grand and stately as their other two Halls, BUT it is in THE most amazing location. It is also beautifully rustic and cosy, huddling against the side of Hallin Fell like a herdy.
Hause Hall is a not a wedding venue for those after a huge party with hundreds of guests. It is perfect for outdoor-loving couples who what a relaxed wedding with their close family and friends. It’s the kind of place you’d definitely want to extend your stay at. There is so much to do and see in the immediate area, and so much sitting and sipping to be done on that amazing patio too! It’s also a great layout accommodation wise, which allows guests to have their own space but stay very close by.
You really are spoilt for choice photos-wise. It’s a short drive down to Sandwick Bay for photos by the lake, and a short(ish!) steep hike up to the top of Hallin Fell.
So…will you be the first bride I shoot there that ISN’T called Hannah? Because I currently have a 100% Hannah Bride rate at this venue! Whatever your name if you’re thinking of getting married here PLEASE PICK ME!!
