Casterton Grange Wedding: Winter Celebrations
I adore a Casterton Grange Wedding – it really is a total dream of a venue! Stephen and Becky chose this magical location remotely, carefully planning the whole adventure from afar with the help of the lovely Anneka.
They gathered together far flung family for an intimate weekend of relaxed celebrations. Becky and her mum enjoyed a laid back morning getting ready with the help of Lucy Pearson. Stephen spent the morning enjoying a walk with his mum on the beautiful frosty estate and a quick game of billiards with his brother.
It was a beautifully sunny January day, and the conservatory allowed them to make the most of this for their ceremony. You can enjoy bright airy views across the gardens whilst still being cosy inside! Becky’s dad performed a thoughtful ceremony including ring warming and then it was time for the celebrations to begin.
This is the first time I’ve worked with Foray Catering and they were a delight! The drinks and pretty canapés were effortlessly distributed with smiles all round.
After some confetti and group shots it was time to make the most of the house and gardens for portraits of the happy couple. The interior of Casterton Grange is so stunning. Impressive oil paintings grace every wall and each door you go through seems to lead to yet another perfect backdrop for photos. We had some fun with a Stevie G biography to mark Stephen’s (also Gerrard) endless years of name jokes!
With the conservatory magically turned around for the celebratory meal, I enjoyed covering the speeches and then it was time to leave them to it.
Thanks for having me Becky and Stephen, it was so lovely to be a little part of your Casterton Grange wedding celebrations!
